The newest redesign is Ford’s third-generation of the Focus RS and will be available in major markets around the world including, for the first time in Focus RS history, the United States! We can remember just a year ago posting the second-generation on social media with pleas that Ford bring it to America. The wait is over! Ford has yet to disappoint with any of their new 2015 model announcements this year and the 2015 Ford Edge keeps that trend going. Unlike the last Edge refresh, the 2015 model has been completely redesigned with an all new more aggressive body style (think SUV version of a fastback), and a new emphasis on the latest technology Ford has to offer. In Forbes write up of the new besting selling CUV in its class they write “Cars like the 2015 Ford Edge will make it harder for some to justify shelling out big bucks on luxury vehicles.” They couldn’t be closer to the mark.
Despite the Ford Focus being the top selling vehicle in the world, Ford has decided to redesign the 2015 Ford Focus compact car to be bolder, smarter, and even more fuel efficient. Taking design queues from the Fiesta and Fusion, the front fascia and front hood have all been redesigned, including the headlamps and fog lamps. The liftgate and taillamps have also been redesigned for the hatchback, as well as the trunklid on the sedan. Every model except the S will see available redesigned wheels ranging from 15″ – 18″.
Last week Ford announced the 2015 Expedition ahead of schedule. As Ford is saying, the Expedition “continues to represent the smart choice for people who need a full-size utility vehicle that provides capable performance, usable space and advanced technology.” Capable performance, space, and technology is exactly what the new 2015 Expedition delivers.
Ford is gearing up to make 2014 the biggest year in its century-long history. With 5 redesigned products either on the horizon or already on the ground, this is shaping up to be a year of big changes for the company. From the aluminum-bodied F-150 to the controversial styling of the Mustang, no expense was spared in planning Ford’s new direction. The Transit Connect also saw big changes for this year and now offers two wheelbases, new trim levels and a Wagon with its crosshairs pointed directly at the family market. Ford is looking to grow from the biggest North American manufacturer to the biggest manufacturer in the world, and it has armed itself with five new models loaded with cutting edge equipment and state-of-the-art technology to accomplish its goal. Here are quick summaries of the announced models.
Transparency: clear, unhindered honesty in the way that a person or company conducts business.
Wouldn’t it be nice if the world and its people went about their lives without telling a lie? If they conducted their personal and business lives with 100% transparency? Unfortunately, this is not the case. Many businesses are looking for personal gains at the expense of their customers. This has been the case for many years, most notably in the automotive industry. The car business has earned a bad reputation since its existence and many people are extremely skeptical when they are shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
When it comes time to shop for a new vehicle, you are presented with what seems like an infinite amount of options ranging from which brand, model, color, package, and dealership you should buy from. One of the most important decisions you will be faced with is, should I lease or buy this vehicle? There are plenty of perks for both options, but first you must look at this decision as a lifestyle choice. If you enjoy having the latest model car in your driveway, or like the safety and upgraded fuel efficiency of new vehicles every few years, then leasing is a better fit for you. If you are not comfortable with not owning your vehicle, or tend to put on more mileage than the average driver, financing your vehicle through an auto loan will benefit you more.
